Brilliant day today after a very tough first couple of hours getting out of Paris. So far so good.

Great day today but one of the team had a bit of an off. Got to love the sense of humor with the French NHS.

Our brave little soldier got his certificate presented by our lovely nurse.

Beautiful start in Challon but tough going in the cold on busier routes today. So far so good.

Tough transition day today as we head towards Ventoux for the big climb tomorrow.

stage 5 done. Smashed it. 7 hours for 185kms including lunch.
