Busy week - Just out in Cell Metabolism: The work with the Metallo lab Salk Institute showing that trans-fat promotes hepatic serine palmitoyltransferase flux (SPT), VLDL secretion, and #atherosclerosis. SPT inhibition reduces VLDL and atherosclerosis. sciencedirect.com/science/articl…
