i really hope in my next life im completely normal with food and don’t care about my body or my weight at all

i binged again, im not sure how to fix this, i feel trapped

out for brunch with my dad and im currently in the bathroom debating wether I order something I actually want and probaly end up binging or order something low cal that I low-key don’t want ☹️

I realistically could binge so so much more right now but I’m gonna try have the willpower to stop myself. Would’ve been nicer if I had stopped pre binge but a wins a win

guys im probsly just emotional but i love yous all so much even if we’ve never talked yous are all such kind souls and it kills me we had to meet through our disorders i wish in my heart of hearts that yous can get out and live the lives you deserve
