Yesterday, the team at Pewaseskwan got together over the spring potluck. We took the time to slow down and shared stories about our comfort foods while growing up. We feel it is a great way to learn more about each other, celebrate diversity, cultures, food and experiences!

Spring is a “blink and you’ll miss it” event on the Prairies! Our wish for you is that you’re able to get out on the land this long weekend. Take in all of spring’s ephemeral beauty while it lasts.

The P4W community has been creating the Sisters in Spirit Blanket—a cultural creation and an heirloom to remember and honour past members of the Peers4Wellness community and all the Indigenous women who are now in the spirit world.
