Wonderful start to my 91st year. Got out of bed, went A over B, found myself on the floor with very painful and bloody face and great difficulty getting up. Super black eye and bruising of right arm. Then nurse arrives to fill in respect form, DNR etc. and do a frailty form!

3 monthly hospital phone call. Blood tests all OK psa risen slightly to 0.6 Should live for a few more weeks!
