When talking to a sales rep, ask questions and do your own homework. I just saved $873.70 on Axcess by finding their "Essentials" package with fewer returns online, avoiding batch filing, and better explaining what I need (instead of being told). #FTW #TaxTwitter

Agreed with this, but will add Congress' intent to get you to report tips you previously didn't, causing you to pay more in taxes (FICA, state, local). Only federal income taxes are exempt. Well played, Congress!
