We're saddened to hear of the death of former England prop, Paul Rendall, following his MND diagnosis last year, & our thoughts are with his family & friends at this difficult time. 'The Judge' was one of rugby's great characters and he'll be fondly remembered.

Wonderful service at the Orthopaedics dept of Royal South Hants Hospital. Appt at 10:10 this morning arrive 40 minutes early. Just sat down and called into see consultant. Was in seen and out 25 minutes before my appt time. Good news is no surgery, bad news 8 weeks recovery.
