"It's not just a picture." For the first time in around 160 years, a sail was up on HMS warrior Portsmouth Historic Dockyard The sail has charcoal hand drawings showcasing 2,000 years of Portsmouth history. It was only up for about an hour and taken down before the wind picked up.
