My gem of the day knowing how much a Personal Budget requested with careful consideration will help continue someone's transition, supporting their onging plan. A transition is not instant, it can take time; but looking back to see how far you have come..WOW! #PTS #systemchange

❤ the job satisfaction I got today seeing someone recognise their strengths & potential whilst applying for a job they want; playing to their strengths & qualities. Never got that when working in the system. The system could learn a lot from #pts Mayday Trust

A convo I had earlier today has made me reflect on how ppl accessing services are too often promised so much, by a system that rarely delivers, leaving ppl trapped, feeling demoralised and angry. #systemdamage time for #systemchange Mayday Trust

If we believe in people, more often than not people will believe in themselves & their future #pts #systemchange Alternatively if those who believe in themselves are surrounded by professionals who don't believe in them. They will no longer believe in themselves #systemdamage
