17u players…for most of you, today is you last day playing AAU basketball. Your parents have spent thousands, used vacation time, worked in the car and from hotels, been nervous for you, and have had many sleepless nights. Thank them, hug them, tell them you love them.

Wake up early go workout, shower recover, then the afternoon strength and conditioning work, shower and recover, then it's the evening skills session. Shower, recover, eat, sleep. Wake up the next day and repeat.

It’s officially done. Interesting Myles Perry Shields signing his letter of intent with his underrated T-shirt from @stephencurry30 Underrated Basketball camp. These camps were awesome because it more than basketball the camps were more like an event.

I want the guy the can overcome his mind telling him to quit. I want the guy that’s going to fight and not quit just because it got hard. These are lesson that will serve him well beyond the basketball court. Mental toughness is preparing him to face life challenges
