Part 2. As many of you have suggested that is a granuloma accompanying metastatic small cell carcinoma (INSM1+). Heavy smoker. At the same time she has been diagnosed of sarcoidosis (Heerfordt syndrome) and we were asked to review the case. Coincidence? of course not
