While the weather doesn’t look great for today we patiently await news of whether the much anticipated game against Cardiff Cricket Club 4th’s will go ahead later on 🤞🏻🏏

Tomorrow we begin our Macey Cup campaign against TAW CC at Home from 6.30pm. No doubt this will be a tough game for us but like always we’ll go out, try our best and most importantly enjoy it no matter the result…so long as the rain stays away 🤞🏻☀️🏏

Predictably due to rain our Macey Cup Fixture with TAW CC this evening has been postponed and rescheduled for next Tuesday 17th at 6.30pm 🏏 #rainraingoaway

Tomorrow we welcome Friends Union to Felindre Road in a clash between 2nd & 3rd place. We’ve done our bit to protect the wicket so hopefully the rain stays away this time for what should be a great game of Cricket🤞🏻🏏

🚨MATCH RESULT!🚨 Lost by 4 Wickets ❌ Some of the best bowling we’ve faced sadly spoiled by some awful umpiring calls that arguably influenced the result 👎🏻 Still, we fought fiercely right to the last ball & can hold our heads high having played well & in the right spirit👏🏻

This evening we play the rescheduled Macey Cup Fixture against TAW CC at Home from 6pm. The weather looks more promising so hopefully we’re in for a good game against a great side🤞🏻

Tomorrow we head to Newbridge Fields to play Bridgend Town CC 3rd’s. Always enjoy playing down there and the weather looks to be great again so looking forward to this one☀️🏏👌

🚨MATCH RESULT!🚨 Match Conceded Unfortunately Cefnfforest/Maesy CC 1st’s weren’t able to raise a side for our game yesterday and had to concede. We return home next week to play Penarth 4th’s 🏏

Today we welcome Penarth Cricket Club 4th’s to Felindre Road. We enjoyed a great game in the heat earlier on in the season and today looks to be a scorcher with hopefully another great game between us 🏏☀️🍺

🚨MATCH RESULT!🚨 Pencoed Lost by 51 Runs ❌ Once we broke through wickets came quickly with Skipper J.Frewen taking 3-37 but despite more missed chances Blackwood Town CC 🏏 recovered well to post 232-7 N.Jordan and J.Frewen hit 67 & 43 but it wasn’t enough as we fell 51 runs short👎🏻
