We're incredibly excited that the Crab Bay Puffin Hide is now up and running. Guests can sit only a few centimetres from a Puffin nest, watching egg turning, preening and incubation changeovers. It's magical

Barn owls "George and Mildred" have been unsuccessful with their first clutch this season, but its looking as if a second attempt is underway. As long as rodents such as this rat doesn't keep interrupting! So far our BO's are doing very well this year.🤞 [email protected]

No sooner had the barn owl chicks fledged at this site, and up pops this little chap! Little owls do prefer the old trees at Althorp for roosting and nesting, but an old barn is always of interest. He certainly had a good "gander". [email protected] Chris Payne #nature
