Free-flight campaign complete! 🚀 Over 3 days, Colibri completed 8 #free #flights near Payerne Airport. ✈️ Starting with 35cm hops, we pushed up to 105m to test our systems. Despite higher risks and thanks to new safety procedures, Colibri is pristine! ✨

Our first #catalyst assembly has been #integrated!🔧 This prototype will primarily assess H₂O₂ decomposition performance for our kickstage propulsion system, while also giving us valuable hands-on experience with high-test peroxide. 💨 Stay tuned for test #updates 🔥

We successfully tested our #H2O2 catalyst assembly! We validated both decomposition performance and our small scale test stand. Plume is mostly water vapor and oxygen, so barely visible, but we got the expected chamber pressure and temperature! Next up: testing other variants! 🔥

We’ve achieved ignition of our torch igniter prototype for our main engine! 🔥 After the catalyst tests that we did recently, we’ve shift focused to our torch igniter prototype. It runs on HTP and RP-1, the same propellant we intend to use for our main engine! 🚀
