I rarely watch TV. Watched a short clip of Operation Transformation. Six weeks is a very short and painful time to achieve a life style change. Not impressed by the method. Huge admiration for the participants. Very brave to bare their souls and bodies.

I have discovered that if a pensioner with a free travel pass books on line( as now Covid ruled) he/ she has to pay a booking fee. For example, Sligo to Tubbercurry one way is 2euro for free travel
