There was a concerted effort for the last 10 years in the US to raise the floor in men’s and women’s hammer throwing. We are seeing the result of that play out very favorably.

My cousin David (RIP) and I went to see Linkin Park at the PNC Arts Center back in the summer of 2004. Just as they’re wrapping up their set, they bring Jay-Z on stage and perform at least half of their EP with him. Best concert surprise ever.

Awesome day at Garage Strength Power Fest yesterday. AJ Mason had a huge pr of 158’ 7” in the disc and 47’ 4” in the shot. Also got to meet the great Sam Mattis before the comp. Incredible weather+great people= a phenomenal experience. Looking forward to next year!
