A woman just reached out to me looking to sell her late sister’s cleaning business.

It brings in $30k/month gross currently in a mix of residential and commercial.

She wants $50k for it and is open to seller financing.

I’m waiting…

I’m itching for May 1st to come so I can inventory the progress/results that I made in 30 days of unwavering focus.

Just got a call from a monthly customer’s daughter.

She asked me to cancel the service for her mom, I of course inquired as to why, and she told me that she had passed away unexpectedly yesterday.

Was not expecting this to wrap up my weekend.

Praying for her tonight. 🙏

Just sold our company’s first gift card to a mom wanting to contribute towards a clean for her adult daughter.

Gift card was for $150 and the daughter turned around booked a $449 deep clean.

AND this was the transaction that put us over $35k on the books for April.

Winning.

Yesterday I spent the day with friends golfing, drinking, and enjoying life.

While doing that I also:

- Made $720 in profit from my business.
- Booked $1100 worth of new jobs.
- Met 2 new potential commercial clients while golfing.

Customer called for a deep clean. Not quite construction but close in some areas of the home.

Computer told me $650 for the clean but my intuition said “cover your ass incase it’s bad.'

Quoted her at $800 and she hesitated but booked. 🤝
