She gave us a five-star review AND booked a move-out clean for end of June. ($249)

Update….

Did the clean myself today (with my fiancée) and charged the customer $700. It took about 8.5-9 hours of total work.

The customer was BEYOND appreciative and tipped us $300.

$1,000 in 4.5 hours for each of us… not bad.

A bad day working for myself will always beat a good day working for someone else.

It’s amazing what you can accomplish when the work becomes non-negotiable.

Felt like an unbearably slow day today.

Perhaps thats a good sign that I didn’t have a SINGLE phone call on a day that produced $1600 in revenue.
