Markandey Katju Thanks Sir for the reply. If the law makers do not plug loopholes in laws, cannot the courts intervene & do something? I have read about 5-6 suicides due to #FakeCases (498A, DV etc) in the last 3 days. How can we stop all this? Isn't there any role of Hon'ble Courts?
