We are a little under two months away from Disability Employment Awareness Month! We want to spread the important message that a strong workforce is one inclusive of the skills and talents of all individuals, including people with disabilities.

We recognize on a fundamental level that (traditional) employment service outcomes for people with disabilities do not occur without the engagement and participation of an employer. The foundation of our work is to work with employers to make this happen.

Gateway to Digital Inclusion (GTDI) is designed to help build a bridge between people and the online world. The mobile app is an online resource, a place for self-advocates, job seekers, employers, caregivers, and families.

The Job Developer Committee is a sub-committee under Pan Disability Connection. It brings together multiple Edmonton-based organizations in the field of supported employment.
