I've just learned the sad news that April Ferry, the costume designer on John Carpenter's BIG TROUBLE IN LITTLE CHINA (1986) and many other films and TV shows, passed away on January 11 at the age of ninety-one. Her gorgeous work on BIG TROUBLE was astonishingly good. #rip
