Jobs Report: For the 2nd year in a row, Vermont saw record-setting job growth, netting 9,000 additional jobs in 2022 & more than 8,000 jobs in 2021. In the previous two decades, Vermont had never gained more than 4,000 jobs in a single year. Full report: publicassets.org/library/public…

Our latest jobs report is out. We don’t know the impact of the storm on unemployment claims yet, but as of Friday, 8 counties are eligible for Federal disaster unemployment assistance (DUA). DUA also covers independent contractors, the self-employed, and ag workers.
