Treasurers report -increase in revenues due to growth, matched by increased costs, again due to growth.

UIC and Umpire scheduler report - 800 games officiated by 83 umpires, including 33 who did at least 10 games -only 2 “no shows” -looking at more off season training opportunities

Capital projects report -no new projects for this year. -focus on maintenance for our fields -looking forward hope to do upgrades at Williams, Hanson, and Ainsley -watering fields is a growing concerning year to year.

Girls programs report What worked well: -major girls coed house team fostered growth and development -program growth in general -many volunteers

VP Programs report -review findings from parent, coach, and convenor surveys - there were a number of common threads in each group, both positives and negatives -lots for the exec to work on in the winter
