Build the Patriot Way Day 126: Another week complete ✅ broke out our Dashr timing gates again for some max velocity 10 yard flys (20-25 yard fly-in). Multiple new 20+ mph boys and 17+ mph girls!

Patriots were back in action yesterday for Spring Practice #2!! It's so great to have young players and old out there learning and getting better!! Going to be a fun year!

Build the Patriot Way Day 160: Combination of some lower body speed and strength work today to start out the week! In season athletes did some fine-tuning to prepare for a hectic week of competition while out of season got to attack today a little more. Good work got done! #Build

Another great day on install and patriot football players coming together! Our 3rd practice of the spring was a success. Sad, we missed our opportunity yesterday. We will just have to get back at it on Friday!
