Great news that Bridget Phillipson is extending free school meals to 500,000+ children. Feeding children who need support is one of the most crucial interventions govt can make & this will lift 100,000 out of poverty. Thereβs no place for hunger in schools. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/β¦

As a big believer in the power of free school meals, itβs great to see the Government announcement which will build on the success of Mayor of London, Sadiq Khanβs program. Todayβs additional funding will allow this to be expanded into secondary schools across Vauxhall & Camberwell Green.
