#B329 week 9 I was somewhat surprised to find that I was classed as a ‘doubter’ in regards to collaborative work, but gives room for thought on what I can do differently.

#B329 WK10 leadership through relationships. we still live in a world where some think I am here to be your boss not your friend, however taking the time to learn & understand your team as individuals builds trust & I feel a better working environment

#B329 WK11 looked at leadership & Conflict. Conflict is not always wrong it can bring out differing opinions. A good #leader will manage conflict by maintaining boundaries & acting fairly

#B329 wk12 is all about the TMA & this time I’m trying to not overthink it as I have done with every other TMA during the last 6 years!

#B329 week 13 is the submission of TMA02 & we can relax safe in the knowledge that we have guided Susan through 6 complex workplace situations. I would hope that Susan is updating her skills & competencies on her CV to reflect this! Good luck everyone 🍀

#B329 week 15 this one has been a tough one to read in regards to resistance leadership, although I am a leader I also see myself participating in covert resistance at times & need to understand more about myself & why I can feel this way.

In 2016 I was feeling bored with my job and stumbled across the The Open University website while looking for online courses, in 5 weeks time I will submit my final EMA for my degree! I still can’t quite believe it 👩🏻‍🎓

Today I knew was going to be a busy day at work I made an active decision to be positive or look for the positive in every situation, I can’t believe how it actually made me approach things differently, I coped better & was more productive

Today I had the privilege of graduating with a BA hons in business management with the The Open University 6 years of study, countless evenings pacing the floor reading TMA’s out loud, some tears & lots of laughter #oufamily #proud
