This Tuesday, the Board will be asked to approve the below motion ‘correcting’ our Resolution from 12/13/22 appointing Adeline Hambley. I will be voting no, as there is no legitimate basis for amending this Resolution, which correctly stated our desire to appoint Ms. Hambley.
