Since I finished Charade Maniacs I'm trying to decide what older game to continue next. I think I'm split between Norn 9 or Code Realize. Norn 9 I've played 2 routes & Code Realize I've only basically done Impey (🧡). I enjoyed what I played of both just had to put them down.

I was looking at all the games I've played this year & these 4 really stood out as ones that I always personally saw more criticism than praise for but absolutely ended up enjoying so much after playing! Reviews can be a great source of knowledge but still fun to try them out. ^^

Yesterday after work I spent some time with my mom & then spent the night playing Grounded with husband so I didn't get a chance to start Bustafellows 2 but it's saturday, I've got my breakfast & coffee & I'm jumping right in! ^^ Starting with Shu! (My 1st fave from 1) 🥰

It's been like a week since I last played any otome games 😭 I want to but I've been a bit stressed & every one im currently playing is a bit heavy and I just want to be playing one super fluffy that has me smiling the whole time but I think ive played them all 😅🤣😭

Ahh Mononoke Chigiri was just delivered! Please please let this one be fun and pull me out of my funk! I always crave Yokai otome so I am hoping I love this one! ^^

After like 5 1/2 hours I just finished the 1st chapter of Mononoke Chigiri! (I am just moving slow lol) I've now met all the LIs! My faves ranking predictions after the short meeting with each is: 1. Sakichi (OMG I already adore him! 😍) 2. Akihito 3. Chiaki 4. Gaku 5. Sousuke

Every time someone asks about thoughts on Meiji Tokyo Renka & if they should get it i cry a little inside because I want to rush in & yell about how much I adored it & think about it all the time but also know a lot of ppl would be put off by the translation 😭😭😭

I am so close to finishing Sakichi's route (Happy End) in Mononoke Chigiri, I think I am almost at the final chapter but I am going to have to stop cause i played like 8 hours today 🤣 So switching over to something on the TV instead for the rest of the night.

I was able to finish up Goemon's route in Nightshade last night! Both the good and bad endings. I really ended up enjoying it and Goemon as a character. I wasn't sure right at the start but he was just so charming, the end scenes had me kicking my feet haha

I just finished Hanzo's route in Nightshade and OMG I GET IT! I UNDERSTAND NOW! 😭 He is that guy! I loved him and their journey together so much! 😭🥰 It had the kind of romantic that is beautiful & soft & quietly creeps up on you. One built on trust & mutual respect & support.

Last night I was truly debating whether I wanted to subject myself to the inevitable pain that will come from Chojiro's route in Nightshade & the answer was nope not ready yet lol so instead I started replaying parts of Kyoka's route in Meikoi. 🤣 still cracks me up ^^

It's time.

In all my time playing Otome I dont think I've ever been more livid over a twist than in Nightshade. I...don't even have words lol I have cussed up a storm at my TV. Are we kidding right now?? Did that just happen?? Grrr

It's my balloon day ^^ shall we use it as an excuse for more otome merch? 👀🤣 here's to a new year of health, happiness, and lots and lots of otome games. Hehe
