Still quiet at New Passage/Pilning today, but did manage 25 avocet, 2 LRP, 4 ringed plover, 10 blackwit, 3 turnstone, knot, common sand, 6 sand martin, 3 swallow, house martin, 2 willow warbler, 8 chiffchaff, blackcap, cetti's warbler, 2 wheatear, white wag BristolBirding


Back in London for Easter, and nice to come across this Iceland gull at WWT London earlier today, albeit very briefly before it disappeared. Also 2 garganey, green sandpiper, 2 oystercatcher and 2 yellow wag over #londonbirds SurreyBirdClubNews


A cracking red-rumped swallow made for a pretty good morning at Severn Beach! Also 16 little gull, 110 arctic tern, 50 commic tern, 3 arctic skua, 21 whimbrel, bar-tailed godwit, yellow wag, tree pipit, 15 swallow, 8 house martin, 3 sand martin BristolBirding @Southglosbirds

Some movement along the Severn this am: 2 spot fly, lesser whitethroat, willow warbler, and tree pipit at Aust, then high tide produced a YLG, med gull, grey plover, 3 whimbrel, 9 blackwit, 40 turnstone, 2 common sand, 3 wheatear, 6 yellow wag and 5 tree pipit NE BristolBirding


Nice selection on severnside today. Pink-footed goose (only the 4th patch record!), 2 barnacles, pochard, 2 pintail, merlin, golden plover and displaying sprawks on Pilning, then 1w bewicks from Aust Warth and a spectacular sky over the M4 bridge Paul Bowerman BristolBirding
