Our first paper on superagers is out in The Lancet Healthy Longevity. 64 superagers (ie, elders with the memory of a 50-year-old) from the Vallecas Project show a slower brain atropy, faster movement speed and better mental health compared to typical older adults. sciencedirect.com/science/articl…
