Illegally discarded tires are a prevalent issue across vacant areas, presenting significant hazards to both human well-being and the environment. We've organized a Tire Buy Back event scheduled for December 9, 2023, from 8 am to 12 noon at the former Swifton Commons Mall site.

@orourkewrecking and The Port recently hosted a tire buy back event to help clean up communities. Residents received $2 for every tire dropped off. Nearly 2,000 tires were collected, or about 25 tons of rubber, for recycling.
