Update! We received notice that 5-10K acre feet of water was delivered to Tule Lake & Lower Klamath NWR on Aug. 17. Though this isn't enough in the long-term, it should help get the hundreds of young waterfowl & waterbirds hatched at the refuges this year to fledging. 1/2
