We took "no gas fees for end users" as a core design principle when designing BRC2.0 Indexers carry the computation cost instead. Users only pay standard Bitcoin miner fee, basically for "notarizing" orders.

*All* of the BRC20 tokens will become programmable. There are no "migration" etc. Holders don't need to do anything. BRC2.0 is backward compatible. It is an upgrade to the BRC20, after all.
