OMG did Australia's Chief Scientist just compare IVF to AI? Not even close: AI will have much greater influence on society, and businesses will be left behind if they do not adopt it, which is not the case with IVF. Please. Don't.

I do appreciate that Australia's Chief Scientist points out the ethics side of it all, but can we get rid of red tape first? We are far from AI-ready, so let's first focus on catching up with the US, Canada, China, Netherlands, France, Germany and all the other countries ahead of us.
