#Internet traffic in #Iran has been recovering since Saturday, though recovery appears to be primarily on fixed infrastructure providers. Fixed providers have seen strong traffic growth, while major mobile providers همراه اول | Hamrahe Aval and MTN Irancell-ایرانسل remain largely offline.

After Israel’s “Operation Rising Lion” began on June 13, application layer attack traffic from Iran spiked. DDoS attack traffic went up 77% week-over-week and 274% vs. the same week last month. Attacks paused on Jun 18 during Iran's Internet outages, then surged again on Jun 21🧵
