November 9 2024 has become a bad day for me. I took Ethiopian airline flight ET844 from Cape Town to Adis Ababa and flight ET388 from Adis Ababa to Entebbe upon arrival I couldn't find my laguage and upon inquiry they told me the flight left my laguage at cape town and upto now..

Ethiopian Airlines it's now 12days since I traveled back to Uganda but couldn't see my laguage. This is really inconveniencing me alot. Every time I call the laguage claim Entebbe AirportUg I don't get clear communications. Please I need response on my laguage status that Ethiopian Airlines

Day 16: had a conversation with a service agent from Ethiopian Airlines call centre and the best information I received was that even Ethiopian Airlines doesn't know where my laguage is so they are looking for it. Like honestly how hard is it to get bag in Cape Town Airport unless otherwise.
