UPDATE! Due to the inclement weather conditions the Oneida City School District is on a two hour delay for Oneida High and Otto Shortell Middle School. Elementary schools will be closed. Parent teacher conferences remain as scheduled in the afternoon.

Durhamville Elementary Closed 1/10/25 UPDATE: Durhamville Elementary is closed for students & staff on Jan 10, 2024, due to a boiler issue. Carbon monoxide tests are clear, but there’s a residual fuel oil odor. Licensed pros are working on it. Thank you for your patience!

Durhamville Elementary School will reopen as normal on Monday January 13, 2025. All testing has continued to come back free of carbon monoxide. We thank parents and staff for their patience and flexibility. The safety of our students and staff is our highest priority.

Phone and Internet Service Outage The town of Durhamville, including Durhamville Elementary School, is experiencing a phone and internet service outage. If parents need to contact the school, they should contact the Oneida City School District Office at 315-363-2550.

Dear Community, Emergency vehicles are on-site at SS Elementary to manage fallen cables and phone lines in the parking lot. The wires are not live, and the safety of our children, staff, and students is our highest priority. Learning activities are continuing as normal.
