TL;DR: blood stem cells are damaged by radiation. Seawater doesn't allow gamma/neutron radiation to pass; air does. Unlike sea creatures, land animals would have stem cell damage without shielding. Bone's a good radiation shield. So land animals have blood stem cells inside bone.

Mind-Blowing and Eye-Popping TLDR: MultiPlan makes money if the patient pays higher medical bills MultiPlan basically lower cost for the employers and Insurance companies and passing that difference to the patient to pay more An other reason how middlemen ruin this system

We as doctors should take cost into account when prescribing tests and treatments. Medicine is the one area of life where the buyer of services has often little control over cost or options. Out of pocket costs may be markedly different depending on what we choose. 1/
