Hosted the Illinois Craft Brewers Guild Brewers Guild quarterly meeting this morning at our new space in the West Loop. A lot of talent and craft beer brain power in one room! Voted on new board members, talked beer, and had a delicious lunch by Chef Alex. #ilcraftbeer

KISO, named after a river in Japan, is our first Japanese Rice Lager and a collab w/ our good friends Riverlands Brewing Company. Rice Lagers are brewed w/ a significant amount rice for extra crispness & dry finish. Pairs great w/ wood-fire smoked meats & is an easy-drinking summer crusher.
