#Fitbit straps are very poor quality and customer care charge premium rates on phone lines. 4 calls cost me €75. A very deceitful revenue making racket. Return your product to the shop and bypass the extortion.

If you get a #Fitbit for a gift this Christmas be sure to keep the receipt as the strap is not fit for purpose and will break. You will get no redress from #Fitbit customer care.

#Fitbit Charge 3, I was promised a replacement strap on Dec 7 and never received it. The strap disintegrated after 6 months. Terrible quality and terrible customer service.
