I was asked to give an update on how my Hero Arm was going. I've now had my #heroarm almost 8 months, and still can't use it. Starting to get a little aggravated I'm not sure who really is at fault here, but I'm starting to reach out and find contacts so I'll let you know.

Thanks for the recent help getting the attention of Open Bionics. Glad to say we've straightened out the issue. Hopefully taking delivery next Tuesday. Planning on delaying video reviews until after I take delivery.
