Due to inclement weather, Gateway Regional High School will operate on a 2-hour delayed opening schedule tomorrow, Wednesday , January 17.

Due to the impending snow storm, Gateway Regional High School will operate on a noon dismissal schedule, tomorrow Friday, January 19. There will be no after school activities. The last bus will leave at noon. We will re-evaluate the conditions in the morning and update if needed.

Due to the impending winter snowstorm, Gateway Regional High School will be closed, tomorrow, Friday January 19th. As of now, all Saturday events will proceed as scheduled until further notice.

PT 1 Gateway Regional is the proud recipient of a $25k Skills Lab grant awarded by Explore the Trades. The grant will provide HVAC training equipment to expand our in house trades curriculum.

Part 1: We are aware of the threat made against several local area schools. We are also aware of a deleted social media post that mentioned a threat against Gateway Regional. As always, we are committed to maintaining a safe environment for our students and staff.

Part 2: Tomorrow, we will have an expanded police presence at the school in an abundance of caution. We will continue to be diligent in our safety protocols and are working closely with our school resource officers and the Woodbury Police to ensure the highest level of security

As a reminder, students attending football games are required to wear their school IDs. In addition, no backpacks allowed and no reentry will be permitted. Thank you in advance for your cooperation

Pt1: We are working closely with Woodbury City Police as they investigate the recent social media threats. After a thorough review, the Woodbury PD have determined that these threats are not credible and appear to be copycat incidents related to threats made earlier in the week

Pt2: However, out of an abundance of caution, we have increased police presence on our campus today to ensure the safety and security of our students and staff. The police ask that if anyone has any information related to these threats, they contact the Woodbury City Police

Pt3: We understand and share the concern and anxiety that these troubling posts may cause within our community. Please know that the safety of our students and staff remains our top priority, and we appreciate your continued support and vigilance. Thank you.
