I spoke to Mr. Lasaga often during my time working in Malton. Not a harmful fibre in his body and always respectful. He kept mostly to himself and was a familiar face to many. Hard to imagine anyone hurting him. I’m glad 12 Div/Homicide identified and charged this monster.
