Lift of the day goes to a guy who has really turned a corner this off-season. Jr. Dylan Dragoo has run well, jumped well, competed hard and it’s all paying off. He fired 225 up here for a PR to cap a tremendous week.

Lift of the day goes to TJ Hammons though…and yes I didn’t get the video but it was ELECTRIC. The junior has worked his butt off this spring and got a +60 on his squat with a monster PR of 405 at 150lbs body weight. He just comes to work every day and the proof is right there.
