Raix currently doesn't work with GPT5 because it is including a default temperature, which is not supported in the new models. I'll push out a maintenance release that fixes it early tomorrow!!

Been using GPT5 in Cursor agents all day and so far it feels stronger for Rails development than Claude Opus 4.1 It's one-shotting almost everything I ask it to do, from new models, rake tasks, to fairly complex css amd stimulus controllers for autocomplete. Promising. #gpt5

Been doing heavy development all week and this is what's currently working well for me: - 2 x Claude Code (Opus 4.1) doing feature dev - 1 x Cursor Agent (GPT-5) doing debug and fixes GPT-5 doesn't get stuck in circles the way that Claude does, but it hasn't fully won me over

Seriously considering canceling my Claude max plan just like so many others seem to be doing. Opus 4.1 is simply not the model it used to be, there's no way that Anthropic is being honest about what's wrong. No way.

I often think about this

Claude has gotten definitely worse, easily by 10-30% across every use case. No idea what they are obfuscating about the AI ] but it's just unusable for any of my advanced tasks. Code, research, writing, etc. Just total slop. Constanly losing focus and context and redefining tasks

Favorite aspect of Codex so far, not having to rage at “You’re absolutely right” 10-20 times an hour.
