Our local water reservoir tunnel with #cavewētā, Pachyrhamma edwardsii, which has a range from Hawkes Bay, Wairarapa, Manawatu, Wellington and across to Marlborough, Nelson, Tasman. A nice trans Cook Strait distribution, most likely left over from last glacial maximum😍🦗
