We often use leftover sake to steam poultry/seafood, cook rice, and deglaze...

If you have a bottle of Sake you've been keeping (refrigerated) for a few years... keep it a while longer as it will age + transform.

Although we usually drink a bottle or two of Sake with dinner we're taking it easy this year... more beer, less Sake... as we'd like to remember every minute of time spent with great friends and good food!
