Water levels 1 to 2 feet above the normal highest tide line. Breaking waves of 3 to 6 feet along Kuskokwim Bay and Etolin Strait shoreline. Persistent southerly winds will cause elevated water Monday morning through early afternoon. Inland flooding is not expected. #akwx
