I’m starting to really dislike #Strictly. Paul Merson really didn’t deserve that level of ridicule from the judges - those lifts were hard and he had obviously worked hard to execute them.

Sometimes you can tell that a National Trust scone is perfect just by looking at it. And it takes a very expert scone spotter to locate the perfect ones - luckily we have our main man, Ole, on the case.

Ole has spotted a Salted Caramel & Squash National Trust scone of the month at the very lovely Mount Stewart! Sticky but good is the verdict AND he got his ice cream so a great day by all accounts.

Brilliant! I mean, OK - for a minute I thought the National Trust was doing Scones by Post and I’m a bit sad they’re not but this is definitely the next best thing! Everyone I know is getting one of these for Christmas and I’m not even kidding.
