First two week Probation Reset period coming to an end. GM regional strategy is designed to create a positive focus, engagement & calmness on the frontline. It's doing that. Stepped approach that's delivered so much. There's lots more to do, but we'd get there. Thanks everyone.

Resetting the Remit of Rehabilitation - GM PR focus shifting onto practice development in whole system redesign. Another productive week finishing with AED Employment workstream. Much potential to re frame service delivery in time. Soon to start GM Leadership Programme 24/25.

Service Delivery Review Meetings - first round of 24/25 starting well. Good to cover 4 PDUs last 7 days. Continued sustained levels of progress against business plan objectives. Reset going to plan. Much more to do moving forward. Thanks Team GM.

PDU visit today. Lots of focus and positive energy in a changing environment. Reset, SDS 40 and managing the impact of civil disturbances. Good commitment and engagement from partner agencies. Our strategy has some way to go, but there's excellent momentum. On track.

Civil disturbances cases falling into an interesting profile, a bit different from 2011 riots. If sentencing leads to higher level of community sentences than 2011, it would present a good opportunity for interventions to address risks. Adaptation & innovation.

SDS 40. A huge thank you to all GM staff for an amazing effort to deal with all our releases today. Strategy executed well, through a calm and focused approach. We'd remain vigilant throughout SDS40 phases to ensure rebust focus on public protection.
